Welcome to The Lawn Sign Pros. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully before placing an order.

Our Services

The Lawn Sign Pros provides handmade lawn sign rentals and installations for special occasions, including:

  • Birth announcements

  • Birthday lawn signs

  • Graduation celebration signs

  • Custom-designed yard displays

We also offer optional add-ons to enhance your display, including additional decorations and custom features for an extra charge.

All signs are designed, delivered, installed, and removed by our team unless otherwise agreed upon.

Booking Process

All bookings are handled through direct communication with our team.

Once we confirm your request and receive payment, your booking is officially reserved.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required upfront before any design or installation begins.

Once payment is received:

  • We begin designing your custom lawn sign

  • Your installation date is scheduled

  • Materials are prepared for your order

Because each sign is custom-made and prepared specifically for your event, payment confirms and secures your reservation.

Cancellations & Refunds

All sales are final.

Once payment has been received and design work has started, cancellations are not permitted and refunds will not be issued.

This policy is in place because each order is custom-designed and prepared specifically for your event.

The only exception is if you are only renting a sign that does not require development, in which case refunds are possible before delivery and installation.

Refunds do not include $50 nonrefundable deposit.

Rental Period & Scheduling

Rental duration is flexible and depends on the specific package selected.

Installation timing and rental length may vary based on:

  • Type of sign selected

  • Add-ons included in your order

  • Weather conditions

  • Scheduling availability

We will confirm your installation window once your booking is secured.

Customer Responsibilities

By booking with us, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate address and contact information

  • Ensure clear and safe access to the installation area

  • Notify us of any underground utilities, sprinklers, or yard hazards

  • Keep the sign and materials undisturbed during the rental period

  • Inform landscapers and other tradesmen to prevent damage to the sign

Customers may be responsible for any damage caused by interference or obstruction.

Weather & Outdoor Conditions

Our lawn signs are built for outdoor durability and are designed to withstand normal weather conditions including wind and rain.

However, in cases of severe weather or unsafe conditions, we may adjust installation timing for safety reasons.

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather or environmental factors outside of our control.

Installation Access

You must ensure that our team has safe and unobstructed access to the installation area.

We are not responsible for delays or incomplete installations caused by:

  • Locked gates or inaccessible yards

  • Pets or obstacles in the yard

  • HOA or property restrictions

  • Unsafe working conditions

Add-Ons & Custom Orders

Add-ons are available depending on package selection.

Custom requests are designed specifically for your order and may affect pricing and installation scheduling.

Liability Disclaimer

While we take great care in all installations, The Lawn Sign Pros is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by severe weather

  • Theft, vandalism, or third-party interference

  • Pre-existing property or lawn conditions

  • Injury caused by tampering with installed signs

Once installed, responsibility for the display environment transfers to the customer for the duration of the rental period.

Service Rights

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

  • Unsafe conditions are present

  • Accurate information is not provided

  • Payment is not completed

  • We are unable to fulfill the requested design or schedule

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
